The England cricket team has recently ended their tour of the West Indies with mixed results. They beat the Windies 4-1 in the ODI series but lost the T20 and Test series 2-0 and 1-0 respectively. Pakistan, on the other hand, has just completed their long home season, which saw them play all three formats against Australia, South Africa, and New Zealand. They also won the Asia Cup T20 competition and came second in the Test series against Australia before defeating New Zealand 3-2 in the ODI format with one match still to play.

Stats and Records

Pak Vs Eng Series of cricket is on trend these days and it’s a war between the two. Pak won the first match of ICC Champions Trophy 2017 by beating their opponents by 6 wickets but in the other three matches, Eng beat Pak so there is no clear winner in this battle. In T20 World Cup, Pak lost four out of seven games to Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and West Indies whereas Eng has not played as many matches yet. Pak lost one game against South Africa and Eng lost against India which means that Pakistan is at a slight disadvantage at the moment.
Since most Pakistani players have experience playing in English conditions than they have more chances to come up with better performance in the next few matches but England will be playing at the home ground which might help them win all games.
Pakistan can end up winning the series if they can manage to defeat both teams equally but will Pakistan perform better than they did before?
We need more quality bowling performances from Junaid Khan and Mohammad Amir who were outstanding bowlers when they bowled during ICC Champions Trophy.

Analyze the Players

If you’re an ardent cricket fan or just want to know what to expect for the Pakistan and England cricket series, there’s a lot that goes into these complicated sporting matches. Here are five things to take note of before the action starts.
1) Even though it’s called the England team, only six of their players are actually from England. The rest come from all over the world – including two players who were born in Pakistan! 2) The captain of the Pakistani team is Sarfraz Ahmed, while Alastair Cook leads England. 3) Although they’ve had mixed results recently, Pakistan has one thing going for them in this match-up – home turf advantage. It will be playing at its ground in Karachi, where it won’t have to face many unfamiliar conditions like jet lag and altitude adjustments.

A Look at Previous Matches Between the Two Teams

In the two most recent matches between these two nations, Pakistan came out on top. Their first meeting was in October 2016 and resulted in a 3-2 victory for Pakistan. The second match, played just one month later, resulted in another win for Pakistan – this time by 6 wickets. One must go back to 2012 to find a result of an English victory over the Pakistani side when England won the contest by 4 wickets. Pakistan has been ranked higher than England in the ICC Test rankings since 2009, so it seems that they have had more success against their opponents.

In Conclusion…

Pakistan vs England cricket series is underway with Pakistan leading the series 1-0. It’s difficult to predict how the rest of the five-match series will go, but here are a few stats that can help you decide who might come out on top.
– Pakistan has a batting average of 68.06 which is currently first in the world rankings; while India sits at number two with 66.93 and New Zealand third with 65.64. – England’s bowling average is ranked 14th at 38.00, while Pakistan ranks 5th at 34.42;
– In the last 12 games played between these two teams since 2000, Pakistan has won nine matches (75% success rate) whereas England has won three (25% success rate).
When it comes down to it, there isn’t any reliable data to be able to confidently say who will win this series yet. The statistics we do have so far show that both teams have an equal chance of winning or losing each game as we’re only one game into the series!
